I’m Sidah, a scientist, new mom, fitness lover, vegetarian advocate, and self‑taught coder living full‑time in an RV with my family. I share my journey to help women, mothers, and dreamers create a balanced, healthy, and fulfilling life, wherever they are.

My Story 

I was born and raised in Kenya under the 8‑4‑4 education system, where discipline, curiosity, and resilience shaped who I am today. From an early age, I was fascinated by how science connects to life and health, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and Technology.

Before finishing university, I was fortunate to land a job in the pharmaceutical industry a career that allowed me to grow quickly. Within a few years, I became a Quality Assurance Lead, ensuring product safety and quality for patients. I also worked in radiology and research laboratories, experiences that deepened my love for discovery and detail.

During this chapter, life had a surprise for me,  I met my husband on OkCupid, an online dating app. Our connection transcended continents. We got married in Kenya, and soon after, I left everything familiar — my family, friends, and career, to start a new life in Mexico.

When I arrived, I didn’t know anyone except my husband’s family. My sister‑in‑law welcomed me and introduced me to working out. What started as a way to stay busy became a passion. Fitness became my therapy, my teacher, and my daily reminder of growth.

While staying with her, I also began teaching myself coding and programming, driven by curiosity and a need to keep my scientific mind active. Today, I can build and modify small web projects, and even help my husband transform our RV into a smart home, our mobile space of love, exploration, and creativity.

When I conceived our son, I continued working out, adapting my routines for pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My husband, a lifelong vegetarian, inspired me to fully embrace plant‑based living. Together, we’re raising our baby on a vegetarian diet, focusing on whole foods, balance, and gentle nutrition.

After my C‑section, I experienced an incredibly fast recovery something I credit to my disciplined vegetarian diet, daily movement, and holistic approach to healing. Since then, I’ve been researching and documenting my journey to understand how nutrition, mindset, and movement influence postpartum wellness.

Today, I’m living my purpose, combining science, motherhood, wellness, and digital creativity to educate, coach, and inspire others. As a freelancer, I take on projects in science writing, academic editing, coding, and nutrition & fitness coaching. I’m a mom, a scientist, and a woman evolving each day,  proving that , new beginnings can be beautiful, no matter where they start.
